"This is the second time I visit this location and the ice cream I like is the new one named “Hot Chocolate Coco” . It was totally different from my first experience. This time, I could not see the chocolate colors or taste the flavor of chocolate. It was all about vanilla and cookies. I shared some pictures for you to judge. Definitely not going to this location ever again. It seems like this location is not doing well enough to actually serve the chocolate. It might be too expensive for them to afford it… whatever it is going on, it happened to my husband more than 3 times already."
"They made a sundae and forgot to put the strawberries on. Then, handed us a cup of strawberries on the side and said the bowl was too full of ice cream and whipped cream to put the strawberries on. Not sure how if it was too full for them to put the strawberries on how they thought we could do this while driving in the car. Asked them to please make it correct and all they did was flip it over and add the strawberries, so now the smaller lid became the bottom , and the larger bottom was now the top and just a complete mess spiling out all over. All they had to do was simply make a new sundae, but that was evidently too much of a hassle. Workers definitely need some customer service training ."
"Great place to have lunch. Customer service was a stellar 10/10. We were asked if we would like to have our dessert made after we finished eating our entrees so the ice cream wouldn't be melted. Extremely thoughtful. The burger, chicken tenders and fries were all HOT. Definitely made to order. The HEATH® Caramel Brownie Cupfection is divine. The Cinnamon Roll Centers Blizzard is very good as well (not as good as the Heath dessert). The only reason I took a star off was due to the bathroom (women's) . There was no tissue paper. Other than this caveat, the restaurant was extremely clean and well-kept and I will definitely be back. Thank you for taking care of us."
"The staff was nice. The location is convenient as it’s right off Macon Road. I ordered me the 1/3 pound double Flamethrower burger w/ fries of course. It was perfect. I absolutely love spicy foods. If you don’t like spicy, don’t get this burger lol! It’s not overly spicy but it definitely has a delicious kick!"
