"I had the worst Reuben sandwich today. It was served cold, excessive sauerkraut & minimal meat ratio. It was bland, and an overall disappointment. Macaroni bites were the good. Update: after receiving the response to my review, I received an email with a link. This was the message in that email: Sorry! We could not find the page you were looking for. Please check the address and try again."

"Immediately when entering we were greeted by 3 ladies behind the counter saying “Welcome to Arby’s” from that moment on the customer service was phenomenal which is something I’m not used to at fast food places. I ordered the burger since I had never had it and I must say for a fast food joint it was pretty darn good! I would recommend this location out of any of the others in Columbus! Well done to staff and management!"
"Oh where do I start; cashier was rude and difficult to understand. Fountain drink kiosk was out of order. Sauce station was disgusting, Ketchup was completely out, no horsy sauce. One of the women's bathroom stalls was out of order. Mens bathroom was also dirty and disgusting. All while the staff is standing round on their phones. Unbelievable.they deserve a health grade of F."
"Food was mediocre. Was expecting a better bacon beef and cheddar sandwich. Quite a few tables dirty when trying to find a place to sit. Someone spilled a drink and they just placed a wet floor sign on it and didn't clean it up."
