Red Lobster

"Incompetence, passing the buck and excuses galore! I recently had an unfortunate encounter with Red Lobster via Uber Eats. Previous disappointments, I decided to give them another chance only to be met with further frustration and incompetence. My hesitation to call the Red Lobster at the Adams Farm location was motivated by previous mishaps, including a 45-minute wait for a pick-up order which occurred just a month prior. Johnny the assistant manager was bartending and attending to cars waiting for pick up orders during the last fiasco. With hopes of ensuring my order's accuracy, I spoke to Nicky. The order arrived incorrect with missing items. Rather than taking responsibility for their shortcomings, manager Cynthia promptly deflected blame onto Uber. It was disheartening to witness such a lack of accountability from a supposedly reputable establishment. Unfortunately my interaction with manager Cynthia left much to be desired. Her demeanor was complacent and nonchalant, as if customer satisfaction was of little concern. To add insult to injury, promises made by an individual named Nicky turned out to be nothing but empty words. Despite speaking directly with Nicky to ensure the accuracy of my order it arrived incorrect for the second time. This lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer requests is simply unacceptable. After this latest ordeal, I will no longer patronage Red Lobster’s Adams Farm location. It is evident that their commitment to customer satisfaction and order accuracy is sorely lacking. They have lost my business indefinitely. My experience was disappointing, characterized by poor management, excuses, and failed promises. As a consumer, I expect a certain standard of service which unfortunately they constantly fail to deliver --- pick up, delivery or in house service they will always get it WRONG!"

"If I could give zero stars I would!!! I am a longtime customer of Red Lobster and this is my first time writing such a bad review but this is ridiculous! This is an Ultimate Feast. REALLY!! Do better Red Lobster….DO BETTER! If I didn’t live so far I would be back at that restaurant! I am normally a very easy going customer but this made me angry. "This place has got to have one of the most relaxing atmospheres around. It was so quite and calming. Our waitress was wonderful! She did such an outstanding job with keeping up with our tables drink refills as well as all our request. All of our food was delicious! Everything had great flavor and came out the kitchen hot. I would get everything over again. The pictures do not do the food any justice. Especially the all you can eat shrimp! I will certainly be coming back more."
