"Ordered online for a pickup and the food quality was way down. My sandwich wasn’t steamed or made properly. Plus the uncaring food preparer left paper from the cheese in my sandwich that I ended up biting into as I was finishing sandwich. Then on the website to let firehouse know you can’t leave feedback because the app receipt doesn’t give you a validation number so you can say anything. Pretty dumb oversight imo. Don’t think I’ll be going back for quite a while."
"Bri, Bradley and John are always friendly and super pleasant every time I come in. I visit this location 2-3 times a week. To have consistent employees are hard to find, you found them in these 3. Great job!"
"My fiancé went in to order a Steak and Cheese that comes with onions and bell peppers on it. He got all the way home and there were no peppers and onions on the sandwhich. We drove back to the store and he asked the women behind the counter if the sandwhich he ordered (Steak and Cheese) had onions and bell peppers and she said yes “if we have them”. He was still charged full price for a sandwhich and was not informed that there wouldn’t be what is supposed to be on the sandwhich not on the sandwhich. She also told him they still had a little amount of them in the back and made an entirely new sandwhich, and still did not put any on the new sandwhich and did not tell him AGAIN that they weren’t on the new sandwhich and was charged full price AGAIN. This is poor customer service and horrible communication skills."
