"Customer service was great as the staff was friendly and made sure the order was correct. The food was hot and correct which is always a plus."
"Didn't let us know our order was ready. When a customer let us know our order was ready. We went to get it. Fries were cold, burger was cold. There was no tray liner and the tray was dirty. So our french fries were sitting on a dirty tray. Went to get a refund was told to insert our card. Another customer came up to complain and get a refund. The guy never told us we were done and to remove out card. He just started processing the other return."
"We always love going to Hardee's when we travel. We each get 2 biscuits and plenty of hash rounds!! Your staff were kind, polite and smiling!! I, honestly, in all the years of going to Hardee's have never been disappointed! Hardee's has The Best cheeseburgers and chicken tenders!! Thank you!!"
"Pleasant dining experience. The manager gave me a free lemonade to try out and it was really good. My burger was a little bit cold but my chicken fingers were great. Overall - gave a 4 because if the burger being a little old and not made while I waited."
"I went here today early in the morning and got the chicken and waffle sandwich upsized to a large combo. The sandwich was delicious. The waffle wasn't soggy and the chicken was thick, not just coating. My order was taken by what I presume to be the manager (only one working at the current time) with professionalism, kindness and promptness. 10/10 would recommend this location and that delicious sandwich! I will be back!"
