"I got a sackful and asked for half with no onions due to an allergy. We received half with still quite a bit of onions and half with an extreme amount of onions. The worst part was that all the burgers were literally smashed into the boxed to a point of no return. We can barely even eat them. My kids were even disgusted with how awful they looked. I couldn’t take it back as we were in a rush to get to a birthday party. I can’t believe I paid $30 for that. I learned my lesson the hard way. Do better please."
"The doors was locked at 7pm! All the lights were off outside! The employees dancing around on the inside! Absolutely pathetic! Poorest run Krystal's restaurant I have ever seen. Corporate needs to do something!"
"NGL I’ve been craving Krystal’s for a while and I’ve been to two other locations and this one is by far the best. The food was excellent and the worker was king and pleasant. I’m super happy now lol!"
"The last few times we have been here something went wrong. Three weeks ago we went and sat at the drive through speaker for 15 minutes and nobody ever answered the speaker. So we left. Went tonight around 5:30 and again at the speaker for 10 minutes decided to go inside and just see what is going on, one guy was doing something with the buns like what is he doing? He was not getting any out to put on the grill or anything…just touching them. Look like a new girl walked in and went to go clock in and after 10 more minutes inside waiting to see if we could get service a heavy set woman slowly drags herself to the counter. The look of her was like she just didn’t want to be there. She is probably just exhausted from working so much cause you can’t find anyone that wants to work anymore. But this is just a constant thing at this location. No customer service skills what so ever!! Sad to see a well known fast food restaurant is going downhill so fast! There is a few good employees here but for the most part they can’t do it all 7 days a week. Corporate needs to get involved!!"
"I was so disappointed!!! We don't have Crystal's near us so when we visit Georgia we always get Crystal's! After not having Crystal's for SEVEN years it was very disappointing. We had a 12 sack that had burnt onions, burnt burger patties, and a tiny line of mustard (just a single tiny line across the bun)!! Please do better for the people who only get Crystal's every few years!! I do NOT recommend this Krystal's!!"
