"Just went through drive thr. When I was at the window ,cashier took my phone to scan for rewards. Rewards wouldn't come off. Cashier didn't know what to do next. A young lady came to assist him. Mind you they still had my phone in their possession. Scrolls on my phone then rewards was no longer there. When confronted her to not scroll off site and told to disregard item, she rudely pushed phone back in hand. We pulled around to get her name and speak to management she stated she was management and said we didn't need to k ow her name. Highly do not recommend this place to anyone. It's no wonder this place has bad reviews and no one at this place inside or in drive thru. Glad we did not spend $70 on this establishment."

"These people up here have the combined IQ score of a squirrel. I ordered two things. A moolatte and one dr pepper/pibb. I had to give the lady my phone # around 8 times for her to put it in for my points and low and behold the drink was actually a coke. I don’t even know how you could mess that up. The coke wasn’t even good. Tasted like straight syrup and like they don’t clean their soda nozzles. I always have such a hard time ordering the simplest things up here."
"Family just had to have ice cream after catching Spider-Man at the local theatre. They close at 10 PM but that gave us enough time to get there and order our Blizzards. Always great! And the customer service was excellent. We will definitely return after a movie in the future. I would highly recommend this location!"
"Have been here several times. Food is good if you don't mind waiting. Pulled up tonight to cars wrapped around the building and people lined up inside the lobby. Get some help in there!! Update: came back again at 9 pm on a Sunday. Car line wrapped around the building. The food is great but it takes way too long to get it!!"
