"Staff and management were super friendly and very helpful. The food was fresh and hot. Being a Tuesday evening they were not extremely busy but they spread out the table seating instead of piling all guests into a single are which was appreciated"
"Miss Mandi is so warm and friendly from the jump and she also does it all always here it seems like and she works as server, drink mixer, and greets everyone with wonderful smile come see her at the canton Applebees !"
"The worst sirloin I've ever had. My wife and I both ordered medium rare sirloins and we got a well done, grizzly, shrunken, tough pieces of meat. The cole slaw I ordered as my side was a stingly little cup. On a positive note, for a Saturday night during Christmas shopping season, we thought this outlet mall location would be packed, but it was dead, so we got seeated immediately. Applebee's used to be a great neighborhood casual restaurant in the 90's. In my opinion, they need to stop spending money on commercials and invest their money in-house!"
"Reno was exceptional we recommend him anytime you come, he makes you feel right at home and stays on top of you beverages being filled and makes sure your experience with him is outstanding. He was the only reason I did not rate thing a lot lower. The food was not at its best and the triple zombie drink was more of a glorified kool-aide. Picture of drink was nice but that's about it.. Again have to stress Reno was the best about the experience today."
"Boneless chicken wings were definitely overcooked, I had a rough time cutting them with a steak knife !! Tyler did his best to keep me happy, but he wasn't cooking !! Tyler was great, he made sure my fries were good and hot and very tasty!! The fries made my meal !! Wish I could publicly post about the activity going on at the bar, was too funny !!"
