"One of the worst encounters I have had with an agent. My recommendation is for anyone who chooses her as your agent to REVIEW your premiums every month because she will charge various fees if you don’t - for what’s supposed to be a monthly set rate. I have emailed her after changing insurance companies to a much better deal with bank statements and some enlightenment to the situation however, she will not respond. Unfortunately now I have no choice but to file a complaint with Office of Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner due to practicing in Bad Faith."
