"I have been using Glenn's Pharmacy for 3 or 4 yrs..last month they said they would no longer fill my prescription under Humana because they said they are losing $120 ..last month I was forced to pay full price of $180 without fully understanding..later that week I received a letter from Humana stating they have approved my medication thru-out 2023..so this month(today) I again take my prescription , as I have for the past 48 months, to Glenn's Pharmacy only to have the attendant tell me they will not / no longer fill my prescription..I'm sorry, but I do not understand how i can just be turned away without some advance notice, allowing me time to secure a new pharmacy..the young lady assisting me was rather rude & exhibited unprofessional mannerisiam..I certainly hope today she was just having a off day and doesn't display such a vile personality on the regular.. Life can be difficult enough (especially living in constant debilitating pain) without having to be subjected to some smart mouth, wannabe, must be fam, dont know a cotton picking thing about life yet CHILD!! MANAGEMENT, I WOULD SUGGEST LOOKING INTO HOW YOUR "HELP" IS "HELPING" YOU.."
