"I was trying to fill a mild pain medication after a dental procedure and my dentist printed my RX on paper from computer and signed it. This location made me feel like I was some drug seeker or scammer because they needed to call my dentist to verify. Then said well we can call but it will be tomorrow and we may not have it in stock by then!?! The way this kid was looking at me was so nasty and judgmental. I work in healthcare and understand that there may be roadblocks to filling a medication but he easily could of said “oops your doctor put this on wrong paper, we need to verify before we can fill this are you ok picking I tomorrow” I would have been fine. I am already in pain last thing I need is a guilt trip for wanting to be able to sleep without my mouth throbbing. My entire family uses Kroger but they will be canceling their prescriptions and having them transferred elsewhere. I left this pharmacy almost in tears for how they treated me."

"I have had so many problems with this pharmacy it’s ridiculous. My doctor would prescribe 4 or 5 refills throughout the year and I would go to pick up a prescription and they would tell me I have no refills available. This has happened to me three times with two different doctors…Every time I would try to get this resolved the pharmacy would blame the doctor and the doctor would blame the pharmacy. Every pharmacist I spoke with was ZERO help and some even blamed me. The most recent issue I had was resolved by Katie, who was so nice and genuinely wanted to help. She is the only pharmacist at Kroger that was actually helpful that I have dealt with."

"After being with Kroger Pharmacy for 20 years, it's the last straw and I've moved on. I don't understand the logic of why I need to come back hours later after already waiting hours to get simple refills. Especially when there is no one waiting but me. Seems to me the customer waiting in store should take priority than others who are not in store. Pouring pills from a larger container to a smaller one should not take hours. Then getting smart mouthed by a Pharma employee, well that just finished me off. Bye bye Kroger. Avoid if you can."

"Drive was closed at 20 til 8 so I went in. The drop-off window was closed and all the windows were narrowed to one line. 3 deep, not too bad. The lady on front of me was elderly and had a walker. They made her wait in the line, standing while everyone went about closing activities, until the lady in front of her was almost done. Finally someone came to help her. As I was led away 7:56 a lady was being waited on as another employee (boy with black curly shaggy hair) turned off all the lights and closed the partition up to her - she was left in the complete dark. Again. 7:57. She finished. Walked away and he closed it the rest of the way. Still 7:57. These guys need a lesson in customer service, courtesy, empathy, and just some common sense. They are acting like they get paid if they work a min past 8pm."
