Walmart Pharmacy

"This pharmacy is almost always consistently overloaded and understaffed to handle the volume. I am accustomed to this, but today was a very unpleasant and unusual experience. I had returned to the pharmacy three different times today to pick up a prescription that was taking longer than usual. On my second attempt, one of the employees, Sharon told me that they were just gonna take a little bit longer and for me to come back so I did some grocery shopping I came back and the line was ridiculously long so I went home . When I did come back Sharon was behind the counter again. I would have assumed she would’ve recognized me And remembered that I had already been here a couple of times. But instead of jumping in and being helpful, Sharon was so busy rearranging the inventory that she ignored the long Line of people accumulating behind me. She did not make eye contact to acknowledge the long line of people waiting. With six other employees busy doing things behind the counter and only one young man behind the cash register Sharon diligently continued to rearrange the inventory and ignored everybody in line . I asked her if she could please give me my prescriptions. She turned to me, and rudely asked me if I had not indeed cut in front of the lady who was behind me in line! Like, how could that even happen!? She proceeded to tell me that the young man that was behind the other register, would help me, and that I could just wait she continued to rearrange the inventory behind the counter. Customer service involves first and foremost dealing with customers at your counter! And when you have the time you weave in your other activities and chores! How rude!"

"I have never had a problem with this pharmacy or the pharmacist except one that fills in from Holly Springs with his hair down in his eyes, think his name is Michael. He is not there all the time.Everyone else has been great. I would recommend this pharmacy."

"Why can't I get my prescriptions just because my I'D has expired. Real inconvenient. I have my birth certificate, my SS card. That should be sufficient."

"When I used to call in a prescription at my old pharmacy, I would usually hear an estimate of 2-4 hours until it would be ready. Imagine my surprise the first time I called in here and was given an estimate of "maybe like twenty minutes"! Clean. Consistent. Cordial. Just how I like my pharmacy!"

"Very educated, compassionate and professional! We have ALWAYS had a pleasant experience here. They will assist to find a cheaper way when insurance decides you do not need meds. The staff will show respect to even the most hateful customers. Too bad they’re not allowed to review their customers!"
