"This CVS is atrocious. I only use CVS because my insurance company will charge me much more if I go see anyone else. I guess this is a situation where you get what you pay for. The pharmacist assistant are usually not that bad, but the pharmacists themselves tend to be rude and unhelpful."

"I really don’t like this new pharmacy policy of “being closed for lunch.” I think it started during Covid. I’ve been by twice recently when I was able to get off work for lunch—it was a great inconvenience for me when they were closed for lunch. Is this really necessary?"

"The pharmacist “Danielle” refused to give me my booster for Covid-19 which I still cannot fathom. I don’t believe it’s unreasonable to expect those responsible for saving peoples lives to be up-to-date on crucial information regarding these vaccine schedules. Despite multiple attempts to explain to her the CDC recommendations, including providing her with the literature provided by the CDC, she was very callous and rude and still refused to give my booster. It’s fine if you want to be an anti-vax’r, but your inability to do your job has put my life in potential jeopardy. Perhaps you need to consider a different profession."

"Ladies working at the counter were too concerned with their gossip, lunch plans and gum smacking during my entire transaction. CVS isn't a business I stop often because their locations are placed inconveniently. They continue to be overpriced...on everything! No idea how they even stay in business."
