"i just got off the phone with the front office, not sure her name but she was VERY rude and sarcastic. her phone manners were awful. i’m not sure how your office has any patients with how rude she was."

"Dr. Grider didnt do my filling correctly, he also rushes the cleaning job so dont expect a full cleaning. Ive also had facial pains right after he cleaned my front teeth and it might be damaged from him doing it rough its been months now. Also to add my sister and dad has issues with him as well with there visits. I miss Dr. Odom."

"Horrible service. Schedules multiple clients at one time. A hole in the wall. Desk assistant completely unhelpful. Dentist jumps from one client to another while working on clients. Hygientist does not thoroughly clean teeth. Completely waste of time and money."

"Went for a wisdom tooth extraction and he numbed me up, but went to care for other last minute patients for an hour and the numbing medicine had worn off and Dr. Grader tried to pull my tooth with a live nerve and he was prying down really hard to the point I thought he was going to crack my jaw bone. I told him I feel that, and he shot me up again really fast but didn't give it time to numb and he proceeded to pull, yank tug while I heard cracking sounds. That was on November 14th, and I'm still in pain a week later. Time to find another Dentist."

"VERY SLOW &VERY RUDE ! During my four year olds x-ray, I was locked out and they delayed to let me back in upon completion of my childs x-rays. Staff was very rude and made my family and I very uncomfortable. I don't think I will be returning here for a second visit. Office is uncomfortable for my liking. I broke out into a sweat."
