"I went to China Wok for the first time a few months ago on a whim, and since then I have gone there at least once or twice a week. I don't eat meat, so I can't attest to the quality of their meats, but I ordered the General Tso's tofu. It came with a large portion of tofu and *just* enough rice (I usually end up splitting it up between dinner and lunch the following day). The Tofu was perfectly crispy, and perfect bite-sized cubes. The sauce was sweet, luckily not *too* sweet, and was followed by a very nice heat. It came with a few florets of steamed broccoli (I would say this is the only downside, I wish it came with more broccoli for the price, but given the portion or tofu, I am pleased with the addition of broccoli nonetheless). There was a very good amount of sauce with the tofu, so if you are someone that prefers less sauce, you may want to request that. I like to be able to coat all of my rice with the sauce, especially if the sauce is good, so this didn't bother me. Service was excellent. I called ahead of time and was given a 10-15 minute wait. I arrived after 15 minutes, paid for my meal, and the food was ready fresh off the grill. The woman at the register is very friendly and greets me with a big smile that I look forward to each time I visit now. I am very happy to have found a great, consistent spot for Chinese food in Tallahassee again. I got food poisoning from a few different places years ago when I still ate meat, and Tan's is just too far away for me now (they also changed their tofu's consistency to one that is more mushy than crispy), so I'm very happy to have found China Wok! I look forward to trying their soups and other vegetarian dishes soon!"

"The food was fresh, and the service was quick. I ordered the vegetable delight with sauce on the side. The price was a little high, I paid a little over 11 dollars for rice and vegetables, and I could have cooked at home, but overall, the point was to not cook. This is one of my main vegetable spots when I want vegetarian."

"One of the better value deals of any of the places I’ve gone! Combo meal under $10. My favorite egg roll of any of the take out places I’ve gone! The sauce for the General Tso’s could have been a little stronger for my taste, but all in all it was an above average Chinese takeout meal for me!"

"The BEST Chinese food in Tallahassee! I've had some terrible Chinese food in this town - but this place never fails to impress me. The food is always hot, fresh, and so tasty! I rarely eat vegetables with my meal when I eat Chinese, but I ordered the Mongolian chicken... and the veggies were so fresh and delicious I ate them all. They are fast, courteous, and have the best selections and quality. I grabbed some of the donuts, too, and my kids and I ate the whole box! They were so good. Highly recommended for a delicious Tallahassee Chinese takeout experience!"
