"I asked when my vehicle will be ready after check in. The receptionist responded in a pleasant way to inform me it would take about an hour or an hour in a half. It only took about 55 minutes. That was very good service. Thanks"
"Had my car for 7 wks for brake problem. After replacing master cylinder twice then brake booster I still have no brakes. They did refund my original payment the 1st time I came up there and they called and said was better. Got in car and no difference after crying in parking lot for 20 mins went back in and said I can't drive it has NO brakes are you kidding me. After that the only communication was when I called every wk to see what was going on. They never once called me after that 1st initial time. That probably made me madder than anything!"
