"So, me and my family where shopping at Ross like we always choose to, like the one at Tallahassee Fl. Valdosta Ga. and many other locations, but at the one in Albany ga we had a bad experience, one of the employees was asking my husband to put clothes back in the rack, clothes that he didn’t event moved, the employee was very loud and trying make a point, I get it I worked in places where I have to fix stuff other people mess (part of my job tittle) I have never experienced this at any other Ross, than Albany ga. I think personal can be better trained, I’ll still recommend Ross, but not the one in Albany ga. They need better training."

"Good location and easy to see from road. The only annoying thing I can pinpoint is those god awful alarm ringing from the show isles. It’s almost like you can’t focus on kids shoe size shopping from all the heavy ringing in your ears. Even my kiddos were trying to make them stop"
