"Do not shop here the employees are very rude..The manager on Sunday June 25,2023 refused to do a return on a fan I bought from DG ,I had my receipt and all,the fan came broken in the box and she raised her voice saying idk why y'all do this ,go to another Dollar General,I don't want to do any returns today.i live close but I will go to another Dollar general or just stick with Family Dollar."

"Word of advice Don’t shop here Rude employees! No customer service skills at all. Two lazy overweight women Cussing and arguing with customers like they are at home. Dollar General needs to train their employees better."

"Me and my boyfriend had the worst experience at this dollar general at 1515 radium springs rd albany ga. The night time manager was so rude and she humiliated us so bad. We had been in there for a little looking for some cream for his dry skin so we asked the manager said oh it's up front and I said ok where nothing else was said so I walked away. We found what we was looking for "not up front" and so we continued looking at other stuff we wanted. I bent down looking at some shirts on the bottom shelf and my boyfriend dropped his flashlight so I picked it up for him. We don't have a car that's why he had our flashlight because we walked there. The manager came up too us and started yelling saying get out now or I'll call the cops. We said why she said I seen y'all I watched y'all in the camera. I said watched us do what bend down and look at some shirts and I picked up my boyfriend's flashlight he dropped she said I seen y'all. She wasn't able to tell us what we did. I showed her my pockets and so did my boyfriend she said she didn't care and to get out or she calling the cops. If she seen us take something why didn't she call the cops anyway. Something needs to be done about her and her attitude with customers. The other co-worker was very nice but that night manager is the worst an I have been a manager and I was also the 3rd key holder at the dollar general on 19 in Lee Co. I know how a manager is supposed to conduct him or herself."

"This store is EXTREMELY junky. I understand that the manager was stocking the store. However, why did almost every aisle have to have those large carts with boxes hanging off? The carts could have easily been loaded in the stock room and pulled out when in use. I counted a total of 4 large carts. Each down aisle in key areas of the store. Please clean up this store. This is NOT the first time I've been in this store and witnessed such disarray. I won't be returning."
