"Traveled for a Fort Moore graduation and booked the room 2 months in advance. My card was charged at 9:12 am. They called at 11:47am saying they overbooked and had construction. They not only moved us once but twice from 11:47 am and 2:31pm. They said they would comp our room. Refunds happen between 3-5, 3-7, and now 3-10 business days depending on who you speak to. Will rate higher when our refund shows up."

"PLEASE READ THIS AND BE AWARE , SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEHWERE ELSE !! On 01/27/24 my fiancè and I stayed here due to maintenance in our apartment. The first room we were put in had a roach crawling on the ceiling while we were watching tv. I brushed it off because it was small and that was the only one I seen. It did have gnats in the bathroom as stated by one of the previous reviews. After showering we realized the air never turned on and was not working. We had to be relocated to another room AFTER MIDNIGHT due to the air not working. Once in the other room around 8:30am that morning the fire alarm went off and stay on for a while. I called the front desk numerous of times to see if it was by accident or did we need to evacuate , NO ONE ANSWERED AFTER CALLING 4 TIMES. Once we checked out about 15 minutes after my fiancè received a call saying we’ll be charged $250 for a smoking fee. HE DID NOT SMOKE IN THE ROOM OR HOTEL AT ALL !! At that time I was 6 WEEKS PREGNANT so he most definetly was NOT smoking around me. He smoked in his car , I even told them exactly where he parked(we were in seperate vehicles) and what kind of car he was in so they can review the cameras and see him going in and out to smoke in HIS CAR !! The room didn’t smell like smoke at all , he changed his clothes after gettin back inside. I spoke with one of the general managers , and she hung up in my face due to me using curse words in my sentences AFTER she called me a liar. A case was opened with corporate but they weren’t any help either , didn’t even notify me the case had been closed. Overall this hotel is complete BULLSHIT , and not worth giving them your money. $250 gone for no reason , why would one room smell like smoke and not the other ? Why didn’t you receive any complaints if the room smelled soo heavy of smoke ? The general manager is a liar !! There is 2 different managers there , I can not remember the name of the one I spoke with. I’m sure she’ll reply once she see this ."

"I did not enjoy my one night stay. My room was near the elevator. Young adults, ran down hallways and knocked on doors late at night. Heating system had loud noise throughout the night due to no heat on halls on fourth floor the draft at the bottom of our room door, Making the thermostat trigger the heat to come on. There are ants in the guest bathroom on the main floor. The breakfast is a hard pass. The sink dripped all night although attempted many times to make it stop. Check your room thoroughly before you settle in. We checked in late and just wanted to rest but that didn’t happen. Left complaints with front desk clerk even sent management emails and videos and pictures still haven’t received a response."

"Got in and realized the room had not been totally cleaned, needed two sets of towels...waited two hours, then shared a towel with my husband! Also, cold water in sink turned off!! Don't blame housekeeping, I think maintenance just never got there."

"My room had a strong smell of urine to the point I got ill and nauseated within a few minutes. My second room which was on another floor had at extremely dirty floors. The hotel was quite. Bed comfortable and coffee in the room. Bathroom clean and plenty of towels. Friendly staff. I didn't eat the breakfast because a child was running around the room that was serving breakfast and she was coughing all over the food being served."
