"Contacted them after a tree demolished my entire pool system. These guys were really on it! Kept me informed every step of the way. One of their guys even came out on Labor Day to install the equipment so it would be ready to hook up. They have been fantastic! Even everyone in the office was great! In fact if it wasn't for Michelle in particular the project may have never even gotten off the ground. Every pool company I called said it would be 3 weeks before they could come out and look at the damage even though I explained there was nothing to look at because it was all destroyed! Backyard Experience said send pictures and that's all I needed to hear! Great staff all around! Now I have a pool again! Thanks guys!"
"I do landscaping in Auburn/Opelika and hear all the time the good experiences people have with new pool installs from The Backyard Experience. I think their service is just as good. They have installed a liner for me in the past and anytime I have an issue with a part of my pool, they send a crew out quickly and do a great job. We had a motor go out on our pump a few days before an event at our house last week and they were out the next day fixing it. Very impressed with their service!"
