Children 2 and younger jump for free with paid adult admission. All 1 Hour Jump Passes must be redeemed before their expiration date, and must be picked up within 30 days of a request for compensation. Surge reserves the right to deny the use of a jump pass without a verified manager signature and expiration date. When school is in session, the park is closed on Mondays except for Monday holidays.

For safety, children 15 and younger should be accompanied by an adult. Surge is not responsible for lost items but has a lost and found for any misplaced belongings. Everyone jumping is required to fill out a waiver form. Outside food is only allowed for birthday parties. "Today I had the pleasure taking my children to surge here in opelika. When we first walked in we were greeted by young lady’s, Kelsey and alex . They were very polite and friendly. Kelsey made great conversation with the children and was very helpful. I was surprised to see such a clean environment. The other employees had high energy and were also very polite. All together it was a great experience and we will definitely be returning."

"This place has gone drastically downhill in the past few years. The place is disgusting, shreds of foam cubes everywhere, half of the stuff is broken, trampolines had old gum stuck to them. For $18 an hour you’d think they’d take better care. My toddler couldn’t even play in the toddler area because it was filthy covered in tiny pieces of foam. We used to love coming here years ago but it’s so disappointing now! Driving to launch in Columbus from now on!"

"So has most of everyone has seen my last review for this Surge Trampoline park in Opelika Al the one that has the nicest GM Named Shannon. that I have ever talked to since we moved to Al she was so kind and understanding when I talked to her she did give me some of my moneys back witch is what I wanted due to the fact that I couldn’t have fun with the kids due to my health Shannon the GM did inform me that the employees on duty would be dealt with as needed but I wanted to make this review and statement for everyone including the HQ for Surge Adventure parks let them know that Shannon at this location does try her best to make us customers happy like she said.” She can not be there for all hours of operation “ that her managers on duty need to be more educated and knowledgeable that she is currently working with them on Thanks again Shannon you are the Bomb diggty"

"Fun spot for kids to burn off energy. Loved seeing our niece and nephew bounce around the room and laugh. The one thing that we were not overly impressed by, was the dodgeball area. The staff members that were monitoring this area seem to enjoy aligning with the larger kids as they all picked on the smaller kids. We suggest possibly mixing up the teams next time so that all the younger kids don't get pummeled by the larger teenagers and adults. Video games were a fun add-on and This would be a great spot for birthdays."
