"Fire alarm by shower 4 is low battery and shrieking every couple minutes LOUDLY. Very unpleasant and migraine inducing for the unfortunate soul that was assigned shower 4… me. Bring ear plugs, no idea if or when the staff is going to replace the batteries. Or better yet, don’t torture your hearing and just shower elsewhere And very poor customer service, stood at counter for over five minutes, waiting to purchase food m, with even an employee coming in announcing that a customer was waiting and no help. Don’t spend your time or money here people. There are other loves that live up to their reputation, this one does not"
"It was a little weird that the black male employee was trying to get the white female employee to go into the men's restroom with him. Other than that, clean. Plenty of room for parking."

"I ended up at this Love’s because I was running out of time on my DOT clock. I bobtail in so parking was easy to find. I reserved a shower and it didn’t take long but I seen why once I got in there. The shower was never cleaned after the person before me. There dirty towel was on the floor and the person had used the towelette and it wasn’t cleaned afterwards which was pretty disgusting."
"I LOVE Loves ! Cleanest bathrooms, great service with a smile like these lovely young ladies ..Natalie and Nicole! Was having a rough day on a long drive on a rainy night. They brought sun out with simply being KIND. Thanks so much for the quality of people you bring to the table. Blessings."
