"So first of all, if you go there for kayaks, please pay attention to my whole post (you won't be disappointed.) I drove here looking specifically to find an angler kayak due to their store online. When I first walked in, I was severely disappointed and confused. After walking around a bit I noticed a door with a sign above stating Kayak and such where that way, so I walked through there into another room and only seen 1 Kayak on display. Granted it was nice, I was disappointed to not see rows of them. (I really inspect what I buy and it takes me time to really pick a large purchase out) So after looking around I finally asked someone if they just didn't keep them in the store and you had to order what you wanted. That's when they relayed they where on the 3rd floor! They proceeded to take me upstairs where they keep them locked up and in a room by themselves, and OMG! Rows and rows of beautiful kayaks!! Unfortunately at that time I felt bad for holding them up so I figured I would research online in their store and get things narrowed down to just a couple I wanted to look at, because otherwise I would be up there for hours holding them up, then go back and compare the ones I really wanted. But I have never seen that many kayaks in one spot, and these are not Dunham quality kayaks, but professional, tournament quality kayaks. I fully intend on going back and buying my kayak from them(still narrowing it down). Everyone seemed to be very professional, nice, and truly helpful while I was there, just make sure if you do not see what you're looking for, ask one of the employees."

"I bought a turbo levo from them this past winter. They were so helpful& went so far above& beyond I couldn't believe it! They had the bike prepped& set up before pick up. I also noticed later that the entire bike had been gone through&greased which has NEVER happened. I'm a customer for life."

"I took my bike in to get it serviced and get rear brakes bled, I took the bike in Tuesday evening and asked the guy working if it would be an issue having the bike back by Saturday because I was going riding, he assured me it would be no issue having it before then. I went in on Friday 30 minutes before they closed and they just began working on it, he finished the bike 5 minutes before closing and if I hadn’t already been there there was no way of me getting the bike in time, and the worst part is when I got home I noticed a noise when dropping the bike, when investigating I noticed that one bolt in the rear brake was completely missing and the other was barely finger tight, I have done my best to support this business with everything I need but have had nothing but bad experiences, this is a good company that I would recommend but I have had very bad luck, writing this to hope someone reads it and makes sure this doesn’t happen again."

"Awesome shop with a large selection of kayaks. Friendly staff with answers to all of our questions about kayaks. Couldn't ask for a better shopping experience and we will definetly be going back."
