"Placed a uniform order on 2/12/22 in order to get uniforms by first game. As of 3/24/22, still have no uniforms or hats and have no idea when I will receive them. Customer service is terrible as I’ve had issues getting anything from the agent on the matter. I will never use them again."

"A TOTAL RIP OFF!!! This is the worst shirt I have ever seen. This company seems very shady to me. When I order it looks like an American company but I don’t think so! The fabrics is bizarre and print is blurry and just terrible! I am hoping to get my money back but I don’t have much hope that I will. Poorest quality ever!"

"Ordered 11/27/18, told I'd receive my order by Christmas. 3 emails and 2 voicemails later, still zero response and no answers regarding the status of my order. Horrific customer service. 1/11/19 update: Someone finally replied 1/2/19 that UA had just shipped my item to their shop and it should arrive to me this week. 1/11/19 email from someone different saying UA is out of my item and I will be refunded, not today, but 3 days from today. Could this place be any more shady?"
