"Definitely adding this to the top favorite restaurants to eat! Would give more than 5stars! Everyone was extremely friendly! We got the sampler plate and it's enough to feed three people! The brisket, sausage, ribs and pork were all Amazing!! Everything was so tender and juicy-didn't even need the extra sauce! The brisket was the best I've ever had! The sides were very good too! Get the Mac and cheese! Also toddler approved!"

"I would give more stars if I could! Best beef ribs and brisket EVER! If you are local or not, like me, this place needs to be put on your destination list. From the moment we stepped in, the place was busy and we arrived at 5:30, they open for dinner at 5. It was suggested we get the 3 meat platter so you could try a variety and probably still take some home. That's what we did, and between my husband and I, we couldn't finish! Everyone was so nice....a genuine "nice"! I can't wait to come back. Thank you for an amazing experience. This is going down in my book as the best BBQ I have ever had!"

"First off, this place is a gem. Tucked away on a corner but plenty of parking it seems. The portions are very generous, come hungry and this will be the only meal you will need for your day. Absolutely the best brisket and sausage I’ve had ever from a restaurant. Brisket is the real deal, moist but not falling apart, excellent smoke flavor and rub. The sausage has to be made in house, it was so flavorful and excellent add on to my brisket plate. So many options for sides, the collards were ok but the mac and cheese was outstanding. Can’t wait to make it back down."

"Heard a lot about Wardlaw’s Lucky Eye Q and had to visit. It did not disappoint! This BBQ joint reminds me of one’s in Texas. Staff was super friendly and ready to serve. Walking up to the point of order was greeted by a beautifully smoked brisket. Since this was my first time ordered the “Let’s Eat combo platter”. You get 3 meats & 2 sides of your choice for $28. Easily split between 2 people. Our choice was brisket, ribs, & chicken. Brisket was as advertised being moist, tender, and full of flavor. Ribs were a delight having enough pull away from the bone but still being tender. Chicken was the “least” favorite of the platter. The chicken skin was crispy and meat was good. Just hard to stack up against all the beef and pork goodness. Enjoyed having the 3 styles of sauces. You don’t need it but was nice to complement the bbq. For dessert it was banana pudding. THE best I have had since my grandma. In short - GO and have a great meal!"
