"Went early to avoid the crowds. My twin grandson had a birthday party this evening so I went to get them presents. My husband and I both had our hands full, and we went to self checkout. I scanned the items and gave them to my husband to bag. That is when he noticed one of the employees coming over and standing over me, looking in our bags. I looked at her and said, "What? What have I done?" She said, oh nothing you scanned something I had to look at. ???? I just spent $82.00 in there, and I have never stolen anything in my life, but a wage employee sure tried to make me feel like I just did! Walmart either needs to retrain employees or rethink their policies. I understand the jest of why they do this, and I get ALL of us have to suffer for the few that do steal, but it's a shame."
"No one likes having to work on Christmas Eve, but the attitude of the manager walking around telling people they have to leave, before it was even time to close is ridiculous. I'm a manager myself and had to work today as well, and would never ever think to talk to someone the way I was talked to today. Nothing will come from this but the employees were very nice and helpful, the police officers pointed out how much time was left without being rude, the manager that was another story"
"The bakery lost my order for a Christmas party today. They said they were going to make it right but making it right only consisted of pointing me to prepackaged pre-shipped baked cookie cakes that were nothing like I ordered. No true acknowledgment of a mistake being made I'm sorry no store credit just a consolation prize of an $11 prepackaged cookie cake I feel like you guys could have done better. This was for a high school club."
"Most days at this store I find that I can take my time in finding what I need. Some of the staff is very helpful whereas some aren't. Black Friday sale could have been better than it was concerning the lack of product sales. Not much to choose from during that sale."
