"Always such great food! The hey 75 roll is amazing! They are all nice and service is surprisingly fast even when they are packed."

"Overall, an above average experience - when I walked into the restaurant it was right at the start of their dinner shift. It was awkward when I first came in; I could barely tell the difference between who were employees or customers. A man sitting at the booth farthest from the door greeted me without standing, smiling, or anything more than a seemingly uncomfortable "Hello..." like I had accidentally wandered into the employee break room looking for the bathroom. When I asked to see a menu to order takeout he just directed me toward the counter flatly. The girl behind the counter was even more awkward, so much so that it felt more like a stickup than just a dinner order. She didn't greet me or say anything either when I approached the counter aside from looking at me like I had a tarantula sitting on my head that I couldn't see; not gonna lie, made me a little self conscious. Since she had a Tupperware of food on the counter next to her it could be that I came right after or maybe in last few minutes of their lunch break but strangely the door was unlocked and they obviously were letting people in. When I was ready to order it took me a minute to get someone's attention as both her and the aforementioned man did not make eye contact with anyone, in fact both were turned away most of the time. When I did order it was a quick, easy, and courteous process. Since it would take a minute to cook they kindly let me go run a quick errand and come back when it was ready. When I did the man hopped up, nodded, and grabbed my stuff from the back thanking me flatly. Without rambling any further on about the service, the food was not bad at all! The fried cheese dumplings are literally just crab rangoon with chili sauce but a bit fancier; I've eaten Chinese takeout for years and the taste is unmistakable. The tempura was fine but kind of bland and one-note without the soy sauce. The steamed gyoza dumplings were really good but, once again, tasted like what you would get at any small Chinese takeout place. The fried rice was hands down the best part - that definitely had a noticeable quality difference that I recognized instantly; the veggies were cooked nicely and the rice didn't have that greasy or clumpy consistency it characteristically has at some places. Even though the service and food left a little to be desired, the price point wasn't bad at all and I could see myself coming back again sometime."

"Paid 36 dollars to eat and left hungry. The serving sizes are really small (we got hibachi) . It would have been worth the time just to drive to Soho in forto. :/ also the veggies were almost raw and had no flavor. Just disappointed The customer service was good but I won’t ever eat here again"

"Great service! The lunch portions are plentiful and reasonably priced. Our server notated that I have a shellfish allergy and made sure the kitchen staff was careful to not cross contaminate. Definitely a regular place in my lunch rotation."

"Good sushi in a surprising place, well presented, great staff and service, not very busy at its ‘busiest’. Smoked salmon role was my favorite. Atmosphere could use some work."
