"Arrived around 2pm on a Saturday and there were no customers. As my group of 4 waited to be seated several minutes passed without even being acknowledged. Everyone was in the back. I peered into the window where I could see two employees. One was on his phone and the other appeared to be working. I tried several times calling out to get their attention. Finally I yelled loud enough and the one on his phone looked up and I asked if they were open and he sarcastically replied yes. I then asked him should we seat ourselves only to be responded to again with a sarcastic yes. As we seated ourselves an employee sarcastically said out loud from the back, “does it look like we are open”. My husband shared a few unkind words with him and we just left. I have been here a handful of times in the past only to be unimpressed with the service each time. Not that this Pizza Hut cares but we will never return."
"Buffalo chicken & BBQ Beef pizzas were dry with no sauce, except for a small sauce cups on the side. Online order gave us the option of what sauce to have ON the pizza. I can say that was my first time eating pizza with no sauce or whats called “pizza bianca”. Not what was ordered."
