"Called to schedule to have my heated seat chip installed. When I got there 2 days later from call. They tell my they have to order chip. Will take 5 to 7 days to get. Then 4 hrs to install. They could of told me that when I called to set the appointment. I will never buy anything from them.. earlier this year went for oil change and rotate tires. They never rotated tires."
