"My husband died recently and I was on my way to Indiana from Florida with his cremated ashes for a service that was planned. Driving thru Atlanta on Sunday afternoon my car started to lose acceleration and was sputtering with the engine light on that soon started to flash. After going thru the owners manual we decided to have the car towed to the nearest KIA service center. The next morning we talk with the service manager and he went above and beyond even though they were backed up. The car was fixed by the end of the day and I was on my way to Indiana. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone. They are the best."
"Brought my vehicle in for 15k mile service. According to their report, my tires were checked and PSI was brought up to standard 35. I brought my car in with 32-33 psi, and received it just the same. It appears the report was filled without the service executed. I waited a week to write the review, in the event the weather would fluctuate my psi, but it hasn’t gone above 33 (inclusive of weather fluctuations). Additionally, I was told the outside of my car would be washed after service, and it came back looking the same. After waiting 3 hours at the dealership for my service, I simply did not have the patience to continue waiting for another round. Lastly, there was an issue with the price they quoted me via email vs the price they brought to be at the register. It was a $200 difference. After a bit of discussion, they honored the price went to me via email. I can’t say that I was satisfied with my experience here, though."
