"I have taken my child to different daycares. As a mother instinct didn't get a good feeling (the environment) about this kid's facility daycare. The staff is very unprofessional, very unwelcoming atmosphere as not friendly at all. If that is the feeling I get as a parent, what could I expect from my kid... So at least I didn't take that long to realize this place was absolutely the wrong place for my child. Instead of helping my kid as a daycare, they would do him wrong. Please parents don't waste your time and money on this facility. They have favoritism who they would accept and not. That is what I receive from this place, plus the experience I receive from my child. This place is horrible."

"Very obvious that they're trying not to accept anymore children even though they have open enrollment. I was turned away twice for "Discovery day". Completely unorganized, they don't provide you all the information that's needed, and the process is backwards. The director has an attitude problem and makes up stuff as she goes along. I won't even bother with this place again. Sad."

"My daughter loves it here. This will be her second experience away from her parents. This experience has been thankfully better for her. She come home happy, speaks great of her teacher and peers. So far I have a lot of great things to say about Childtime and I am thankful for that."

"We moved to Duluth from Florida searching for a childcare center that would nurture, love, and care for both of our children: 3 months and 3 years old. Our 3 month old is in the infant class with Ms. Ashley. She is organized, and very attentive to my sons needs. She communicates with me via the school app by sending pictures and other updates. Ms. Ashley has helped our child level out into a schedule considering how hard that is to do with a breastfed baby. She is an awesome infant teacher! Our 3 year old hasn’t been in school since before Covid, so attending school in a structured environment was hard for him. The teachers and other staff has been patient, and loving towards him while helping him adapt to being in preschool. He now enjoys attending school, has made friends and likes to wear his big boy uniform. In addition to having caring teachers, I like having the ability to view the live stream cameras. This gives us as parents that additional comfort of knowing that our kids are taken care of and are safe throughout the day."
