"It was distinctly average quality food. Outside has been remodeled lately, inside is a memory of the 90s. I would recommend waiting to go until the weather is decent and you can sit outside as the booths inside have no cushion to the seats anymore. Burger and fries were good but not great. If you enjoy craft beers the "Ale House" lacks in non nationally available options. Overall it is just a different style of Applebee's."

"I asked for no barbecue sauce and the onion Tanglers were left off. I called and let them know and they told me to come back and pay $.79 for some onions that come on the burger after I already made it home more than 10 miles away ..definitely a disappointment."

"The person at the door did not call us back for a table and crossed our name from the list and let in multiple customers who came while we were waiting. The food was very lacking. Do not recommend unless you want to be treated like a second class citizen."

"Truth be the told the presentation of the food could’ve been better especially the dishes chosen I was expecting to be presented with clean plating and a full dish of food . unfortunately that wasn’t the case . I ordered the steak & chicken fajita meal which the overall look of the meal gave off the impression of it being rushed and lack of effort this was disappointing given the fact that at the time we went it wasn’t busy so the fact that my meal wasn’t tendered with care is Absurd . The calamari was great no complaints but again the plates could’ve easily been Wiped off but wasn’t . And lastly the cocktails … unbelievable I personally have become a light weight over the years so my intake for alcohol is very limited to give me any sort of buzz and the fact that I ordered a huge cocktail and not a single buzz effect happened was truly ridiculous, the cocktails were filled with ice and definitely lacked liquor. The only reason I’m not giving this a 2 is because our server at the time “Jack” made us feel very welcome and gave us his honest opinion about certain food items on the menu which was greatly appreciated."
