"This was the first daycare my son(infant room) attended and from the first day he was comfortable. The staff is nice and will often call if anything changes throughout the day, like a spit up and changing of clothes. They kept me informed and I would recommend this academy. I heard they are implementing more technology for real-time communication. This will be a plus! Great and clean location also."

"Great environment, my son is in Mrs. Ashley’s class. His face lights up when he see’s her! I’m usually not comfortable with my child in the care of others but I trust Mrs. Ashley’s childcare skills 100%. Also management up front is always welcoming and sweet."

"Incredibly poor management who continually fails at communicating. Our 3 yo daughter has a SCAR now from where she was bit by one of her classmates and kids r kids weren’t even going to tell us that she had been bitten. We had to say something for them to acknowledge it and then they pulled out a “boo boo report” right in front of us and wrote “bitten” on it. She passed out on the way home in the car so we could tell she had been crying hard from it. Absolutely unacceptable. I can’t tell you how many socks, bows, hair ties we’ve lost here. I eventually stopped doing anything with her hair because of this. Staff yells at kids in front of the parents. I cried every day after dropping my daughter off here when she first started. It took three weeks for her to adjust when at the two previous daycares we went to took only a few days. No exaggeration. We had to enroll here since every other daycare had a waitlist and we had just moved here. Thankfully we can now transfer her. I hope management reads this and realizes they need to make serious changes. Some of the teachers here were so sweet and acted like they cared, others had no business working with children. I glanced in the infant room one day and ran for the hills. Very unprofessional management."

"My son went here from 4m old through Pre-K and then summer camp before starting kindergarten. I always felt that he was well taken care of. We walk in and the staff will greet him by name! He will tell you Melissa, the Director, is his favorite and she doesn’t hesitate to tell him that he is one of her favorites too. My son had a BFF that started attending when they were about 2yrs old. Melissa made sure they moved up classes together and even put them in the same Pre-K class so they would be together. Made my heart happy that she paid enough attention to know they were close and cared enough to want them to stay together. Melissa could tell if he was having a bad day and would activity try to understand and make it better. Mrs. Georgia, who is his second favorite because she handles the food, says good morning and goodbye every morning. She doesn’t put up with any nonsense and has Eagle eyes on those kids when they are in the cafeteria. I never had any major issues, but any concerns that I (or my son) brought to Melissa’s attention were heard and acted on. He always had great teachers, especially when he was little. Some of those teachers are still there—like Ashley! But. My son will be coming back every summer for Summer Camp because we had such a good experience."

My daughter's teacher DeShawn is AMAZING!!! The director Melissa is on top of everything! I haven't felt this comfortable with a daycare... Ever!
