"We joined Onelife in 2019 when we moved to Newnan. The fitness instructors were great as well as classes. Our problem was with the state of the cardio and weight equipment. For the past year, I mentioned problems to the staff about their ellipticals that are very dated and usually broken, but nothing changed. At times, very few even worked. My husband also noted problems with the weight machines as others have mentioned in reviews. Because the situation didn't improve, we left Onelife and joined a different facility. Such a shame because this is a great location."

"It is very clear that this facility doesn't give a flying fart about their patrons, only the bottom line. Several months ago I took a half hour out of my workout to walk the gym and point out broken, loose or dangerous pieces of equipment in the gym. The following day they brought in a corporate maintenance tech who promptly fixed about a quarter of my concerns leaving the rest to their local, let's call him a maintenance tech. Since then, the remainder of the items I pointed out have remained loose or broken, with the exception of a lat pull down that finally gave out while someone was using it that was finally fixed leaving had their other lat pull down machines out of order, a glute thrust machine that has been missing a belt for over a month, bolts that can be hand removed from several bench presses, extremely loose 90 degree benches, multiple machines and chairs missing pads, no more than 8 collars for for 18 bars, one rope for 10 cable machines, steel handles that are on their last leg and a plethora of out of order signs. Their solution to fixing what's broken, is a massive gym overhaul tearing out walls and adding a lot of floor space, which I actually like, but doing it during the day. They were grinding concrete floors while people were working out and breathing deep stirring up all sorts of silica dust. Do a simple google search of the effects of breathing in silica dust and compare it with OSHA's guidelines for your own judgement. All of this while entertaining a constant flow of potential new members while 25% of the gym space is covered off with plastic sheeting, 25% being renovated with no barrier or care of health risks for patrons or employees."

"I had a wonderful experience with Jeff, who assisted me in finding a trainer. He was incredibly helpful, honest, and always prompt in his responses. Jeff's tactical approach made the entire process seamless and efficient. I was impressed with the level of attention and care I received from him. Instead of simply assigning me to any trainer, he took the time to present me with multiple options and ultimately recommended the one that he believed would best help me achieve my goal. Although I haven't attended my first training session yet, I must say that Jeff has already instilled a great deal of confidence in me regarding my decision to join the club. I am extremely satisfied with my monthly membership subscription and believe that it will be well worth the investment. I am extremely impressed with the staff at this club. They are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist with any questions or concerns I may have. It is evident that they are passionate about their work, which is a clear indication that this club prioritizes the well-being of its customers. I am absolutely enamored with the delightful ambience and inviting atmosphere of this club. I am extremely satisfied with my decision overall!"
