"This place has really gone downhill. I came here on a Sunday evening. The food was terrible and the service was awfully slow. They got two of my orders wrong and they were out of crab legs and Cajun seasoning for chicken Alfredo. I stayed here for over 2 hours and was not satisfied with the service at all."

"In less than 3 years, Red Lobster has become unrecognizable. It is not the restaurant I've known. The AC did not work, and the place was as cold as a morgue. Food took an eternity, tables were left with leftover food, dirty dishes, trash, and you name it. These tables were right next to where they put me."
