"I’ve been coming here for years now and sad to say I will not be returning. I order the Poke Life Bowl consistently and decided to get a few bowls for myself and my family. I pay for 4 bowls at the front as you normally do before going down the line. As soon as I make it down the line the guy helping me sees there is no salmon so he goes to the back, comes back to me and says there’s no salmon and the person who normally has the salmon has stepped out and isn’t there? Shouldn’t all employees be able to replenish things? Also it’s only 12:30pm and they open at 11am. How are they out of so many things so early in the day? So I’m forced to pick different toppings - went with tuna and shrimp (since they were also out of abalone). The employee made one of the bowls wrong so I was waiting for an extra few minutes while he is scrambling around while the other two girls sat around just talking to each other when they could have assisted him or helped finish the toppings for the 3 other bowls. Anyways, after what felt like an eternity being there, I come home to find that there is random chicken pieces in ALL bowls (when I asked for shrimp and tuna) not to mention a METAL SPRING in one of the bowls. All of the bowls were inconsistent which is weird considering I ordered 4 of the same thing. Some had little to no rice, other bowls barely had protein, some had 3 leaves of spring mix. I’ve called repeatedly to the restaurant to complain and no one has answered. Extremely disappointed with this place and how down hill it has gone."
