"While driving through Newnan on a trip we ordered from this Jimmy John’s store through the app so that it would be ready when we arrived. We even double checked the hours on the web and on the app. When we arrived there store was closed. My money was not refunded within a few days so I called the store. They only offered for me to pickup my order or cash in person that day but since I do not live in Newnan that obviously wouldn’t work. I left my name for a manager to call me back but no one ever did. I eventually had to file a dispute with my credit card company which was just resolved in my favor. What a pain! I will be careful using the Jimmy John’s app with stores not immediately near my house in the future."
"I usually really love Jimmy John's. I love that I can make any sub gluten-free. I'm not a huge fan of the signs that are apparently jokingly insulting to the customer, but it's probably because I'm in a customer service position in my job, and I just don't find it appropriate. Most people probably don't read the signs, so they probably don't care, but it's something I tend to pay attention to when I go anywhere. I always have. The food is almost always above average to excellent, and the service is extremely fast. I probably wouldn't choose to eat in, but I do appreciate that they're always coming out with new menu items, many of them gluten-free or with gluten-free options."
"Walked in, and we were told there was no lettuce, and they were almost out of bread. One girl taking orders while two guys stood around, one talking on his cell phone. Girl took several orders, then made all of the sandwiches. Then we were told they didn’t have enough bread for one of our sandwiches. Still waiting after 20 minutes."
"I went in for a giant Turkey Tom. I asked for added bacon and I was told it would be $14 because it was a giant sub. It would have brought the sum yo $37 online extra turkey and bacon only made my sub $22 and some change. Where is the disconnect and how do you justify a $37 sub?"
"Awesome location! Great place to grab a sandwich, sit down and enjoy the scene. My most recent visit was great and quick, where the sandwich maker was courteous and professional. Place has pretty decent restrooms."
