If you get someone to answer, they just send you back to the full voice-mail again. I tried to schedule an appointment to discuss the matter & was responded to with more rudeness. They may not care about the bill, but I care about my credit. I'll be contacting the Ohio Attorney General & Ohio State Medical Board."

"This office is extremely over booking the number of patients per hour. We were number 47 and it was only 9:30 am when we arrived. They did not take us into an exam room until we over an hour after our scheduled appointment time. I told Dr. Henry my concerns about the excessively long wait. He became extremely mouthy then treated my elderly parent like an 8 year old child. This was nearly the worst experience I have ever had in a medical office."
