"Giving one star cause it would not allow me to post without selecting one. My daughter had work done on her car, spending almost $ 1000.00 for the repair. The repairs done incorrectly could have cost my child her life as the axile that was replaced was not properly installed and fell out while she was driving down 285 during the morning rush hour. After being misdiagnosed (transmission replacement) getting the car towed to another repair shop it was discovered it was not the transmission but the axile that was replaced had falling out because when it was replaced it was not locked in and had fallen out. Ouinton was not accommodating at all and after finally being able to make it to shop to return the part he ONLY refunded her for the part ONLY. The customer service is very poor to say the least."

"My experience here was simply amazing! Was referred here by a friend and I now have my personal mechanic. Went in for an oil change and everything was completed in a timely manner. Ouiton even noticed that my windshield wipers were damaged and made sure to replace them for me as well! Is there a 10 star rating, he definitely deserves it!!"
