"I purchased a tire for my suv with a lifetime warranty (for a great price). They had a big selection of clearance tires outside the office, too. They installed the tire, but I had to go back because I had vibration in my steering wheel, so they rebalanced my tire. Problem solved. I'd def go back to this tire center if my other tires catch a flat."

"Worst place to get an oil change I came in over a month ago on Labor Day weekend for an oil change waited like two hours for them to not even change the oil. They just added more oil on top of the old oil didn’t drain it or even bother to change the oil filter. Only reason I noticed cause the engine was blowing out oil and my car started misfiring. Went back up there a couple days later and asked to speak to the manager and they said they would look at the cameras to confirm they followed proper procedures and that they would call me in a couple hours, it took them four days to check and they said they did everything right so I filed a claim with Walmart they told me to get my car inspected and to send them the inspection from the mechanic stating the cause of my car misfiring. I sent them the paperwork and they never got back to me I emailed faxed called several times a day and nothing so in the end I paid for two oil change's and a car inspection and I’m out $900 so don’t count on them to give you what you paid for and to take accountability for their mistakes your better off paying the extra $20 bucks at a certified mechanic. This place is terrible and should really train their techs properly."

"TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I went here yesterday to get my tires changed, 4 Walmart brand tires, tried charging me $130. When it says $11 per tire, that’s problem #1. #2 is they said it’ll take an hour, I called two hours later, nothing, no one answered the phone, so I went to the store, no one was there and my car was left outside of the garage, with no other cars, locked, and no way to get my keys, no call no text NOTHING!! I call 4 times the next morning, still nothing, I came BACK to the store and this very rude woman came up and tried giving me hours to get my car in, I told her I had already came in yesterday and called multiple times, she said “well our phones are down” she stormed off demanding I came outside with her and I had stood there waiting for a couple minutes, she comes back to me asking where a part was and that they “called me yesterday”…I thought your phones were down? And another person tried claiming that they “might’ve had the wrong number” even though I got a text message when I first got there saying my car was checked in. Weird, looks like y’all had the right number. She asked me where the part was, I said they have my keys so I couldn’t even look, she gave me my keys and I left. Worse experience ever."

"The management, Dave and Ahmed were able to accommodate my tires being replaced, rotated and balanced at very short notice, which I really appreciate; They were also able to recommend a wheel alignment after they noticed an uneven wear on mine of my tires. Thank you for the great customer service"
