"These guys have done all my diesel engine work on my F250 and in the past and all went fine. But I just had front brakes done ($505) due to front calipers locking up and they replaced the pads and calipers without turning (or replacing rotors). After driving for a short distance the front end bounced badly when applying brakes. I called and asked them about it and was told the mechanic thought the rotors "looked okay" so he did nothing to them. I was then told it would be another $456 to replace the rotors. I took the truck to another shop and was told the rotors had turned blue from over heating and need to be replaced along with seals. It has ended up costing me another $540 for the parts and labor to have it done right. The second shop did say that I would not have had to pay the labor portion twice had it been done right the first time. In my opinion, the first brake job was not done properly and the costs were too high."
