"I was experiencing an issue with an oil change performed at a car dealership. The guys at the Conyer, GA location were outstanding in helping to diagnose and correct the issue. They were extremely fair in what they charged as well."

"I took my car here on 01/20/24 for what I thought would be a quick 30 min oil change turned into me being without a car until 01/25/24. After almost an hour waiting I overheard one of the guys on a call detailing my vehicle so I asked was there a problem. I was then told that a piece was cracked and they were calling around to get a replacement. I was then asked my last place of business for an oil changed and I explained I was told power tools were needed. The guy said that was untrue, when my part arrived they couldn’t get off the old part and told me if I left my car they would have it done next day Sunday 01/21. Never got a call so I followed up and they had to send it out to a specialist. At that point I was never offered a rental and the communication with the district manager was poor. He seemed concerned at first but turned defensive when asked for his boss name just in case I didn’t have my car on the promised date. I waited 3 business days after getting my car to even make this post because I wanted to give him a chance to send me a copy of the invoice for what was fixed on my car just in case my car breaks down I’d have some sort of proof but, I’ve texted & emailed but no reply. This was a terrible experience and so unprofessional on their part. The ONLY person with some compassion and customer service was TJ."

"The staff here are so unprofessional. The customer care person is on her phone without concern for the customer. The mechanic guy are smoking away their lives without concern for the customers. They have to go and look for me key after payment. This are group of lazy guys. I have to tell them that my tire light was on that the guy should check for me. This is the worst customer care experience I have had. The owner of that location is not in business period."

"It was so refreshing not going to the dealer and waiting half of day for an oil change and coming out spending way more than budgeted for. All of the representatives were professional and courteous. I was in there no more than 45 minutes and I remained within my budget. This place is a gem and I will be going back and will recommend them."

"Great job!. I needed an oil change and the technician really gave me great information regarding required type of oil for my 2019 Highlander. I really appreciated that. Also the extras, topping off liquids,inside vacuum,and cleaning windows and acceptance of a coupon that I presented made the visit the best. The manager and the technician were very professional. I will be returning when I need service to my car."
