"I am currently completing the transacation to buy a vehicle here. I am very leery of used car dealerships, and I have been searching for a Jaguar for more than a year, a make notorious for problems. Since the first email contact this dealership has been exceptionally professional and pleasant. They have been prompt in returning all emails and calls. I wanted service records, the Carfax, and a pre-purchase inspection. They provided everything immediately. There has been a delay in the pre-purchase inspection, which given the records I felt was really an excessive precaution. The owner called me with a similar opinion. I expect to complete the purchase Monday. It's a beautiful vehicle with compelte records, in a dealership loaded with very high-end cars, staffed by pleasant, attentive, knowledgeable people. If the car is a ruin I'll have something different to say, but they provide a return guarantee and a poertrain warranty. I don't see how they can do any better than they have. A great experience so far..."
