"One of my dearest friends in the whole, wide world works at Gerhard's. Their specialty is imports, especially of the European persuasion, but they're not too good to work on my Explorer. Ask for Tony, aka King Herod"

"This shop does not do quality work. In fact, they replaced my radiator and did not connect the hose from the engine to the radiator tight enough. On my way home from picking up the car my engine started over heating on the highway. I opened the hood and the hose was disconnected. Very sloppy. On top of that I took my car in to fix something else and instead the shop owner said I needed a new radiator and that it overheated on him. Very suspicious. Plus they don't ever return phone calls."
