"They say that good work is worth the wait and it's true in some sense but when they specifically give you a time and they are two hours over their time is just unacceptable. I dropped my car off at 9am andand was told that it will be ready @ 2 p.m. I waited additional 2 hours and my car was barely ready and they still didn't do everything that they were supposed to be done. It is like they just started working on my vehicle when I got there, one mechanic is outside talking to his girlfriend the other mechanic is dealing with a car it's like they have no sense of time or time management."
