"I found out about this place on Craigslist. In the ad a mechanic by the name of Ricki listed what seemed to be very affordable prices and services so that’s why I called. I spoke with an Asian guy over the phone who I thought was Ricky. He told me to bring my own oil and he would only charge me $20 for the labor. I went same day and the place was completely empty except the Asian guy and another worker was there. The Asian guy told me he would be right back and drove away to never be seen again. After me sitting and waiting in my car at this ghost town for about a hour finally the Asian guy called back and told me to let the employee that was there do the oil change. I asked would my other fluid levels be checked and he said that was extra which was a red flag. So after paying about $40 for your own oil plus $20 for labor plus extra fees to check fluid levels you might as well go to: Jiffy Lube, Take 5, and or Express Oil because it’s still gonna add up to around $80-100 anyway. The pro to going to some of other shops is that at least you’ll be in and out and customer service will be a lot better than this place. The employee that was there saw me in the office waiting and purposely ignored me for over 15 minutes and that’s what did it for me. I will not return and I don’t recommend you patronizing this place either. I should’ve read the other Google reviews about this business getting sued and ripping off women before ever coming but I’m glad I dodged a bullet."

"My check engine light came on two weeks ago. I contacted Ricky to take a look at it and fix the problem. He did just that! No hassle and reasonable price."

"I am a 60 year old woman who drove alone from Texas to go to a family reunion and visit my brother who lives in Tucker, GA. When my Ford Expedition check engine light came on as I was getting ready to head home, it started misfiring badly. All the Ford Dealerships I called in the area told me it would be days before they could even look at it, let alone fix it, and my brother’s mechanic had covid. I went to the O'Reilly's next door to VNT Auto Service for them to do a free diagnostic and it showed I had a bad coil. As the O'Reilly employee and I were talking, he mentioned he had just had his coil replaced in his Ford Explorer the prior week. I asked him where he had gone, as I had not a clue as to where to go to get it fixed, except for the other options I mentioned. He pointed to the VNT shop next door and told me Ricky would take great care of me. I walked next door, told Ricky my situation and at 1:30 he took my car. He called me at 5:15 and said it was complete and that he had test drove it, (knowing the miles I was about to put on it to get home), to absolutely make sure that his repairs were good. The cost seemed reasonable, but even if it was higher than it should have been (and I’m not at all saying it was!) the fact that he had it done for me within four hours was such a HUGE relief! I will admit that I held my breath at the start of my 950 mile drive home, but my car ran as smooth as silk and I had absolutely nothing to worry about! I highly recommend VNT Auto Service! I hope my brother will think of using him in the future!"

"Avoid the mechanic Enrique aka “Ricky” he’s in the business of scamming people especially women. He is dishonest about the repairs needed, he takes short cuts and when he does do the work it is subpar at best. I brought my car in for repairs he claimed to have fixed and the engine blew out days later. When I spoke with him the day my engine blew he laughed at me and I had to file a police report and sue him to get justice in the matter because he refused to return my phone calls thereafter. I’m a hardworking single mother and this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car. I’m out $5k and no way to get to work while I wait."

"I went to this repair shop from a recommendation from a co-worker. The customer service that was provided was great. I went to this repair shop with an inkling of what was wrong with my car but I was not sure. After taking my car to this establishment I left feeling confident that the repairs done were needed and that I was not overcharged. They took the time to show me exactly what was wrong with my car and how it should be operating. I feel very confident in going to this repair shop and will definitely go again."
