"The service manager was loud and rude, the service was below 0. Here's what happened, I got an anniversary card for a car wash, and it was time for maintenance; tune up , so I got that done and I asked for tire rotation , and the complementary car wash; the tires weren't rotated ,which they charged me $30 on my bill they only wiped down the front and the rims with a dirty towel there was no wash done and the worst the manager refused to admit to the facts or even apologize; I'll never go there again , I still need to go to another mechanic to double check if they actually replace all the spark plugs"

"Absolutely awful. Scheduling system doesn’t work. Trying to check in for appointment made 4 weeks ago for repair and recalls. Cannot find me in system. However, I have three text confirmations of the same. They say they have “system issues”. Next guy walks in and same issue. Cannot find his appointment. Blame it on system issues. Rear sliding glass window of F150 fell in. Known problem as tiny plastic pins secure the frame that holds it in. However, they feel they need to “diagnose” it and order the parts and that could take weeks. However, when I made the appointment 4 weeks ago they knew exactly what was wrong and told me it would take 4 weeks to get the part…which is why it took so long to get scheduled in the first place. Total chaos. No one taking ownership. Do not come here to service your Ford. They overcharge anyhow and take forever as this isn’t my first trip in. Have bought several new trucks here - but due to their service will stop doing business with Angela Krause Ford."

"Scheduled an appointment for Wednesday morning 8AM. Dropped my car off Tuesday, no one contacts me to give me any updates. I contact them on Thursday and they tell me they might get around to it in a week. My maintenance plan provides for a loaner vehicle guess what, they're conveniently don't have any available. It's now Saturday and still waiting for them to contact me."

"Excellent service for my 2005 Ford Explorer! I was getting a check charging system message on my dash one morning. I called Angela Krause Ford and was told to bring it in that morning. I brought it in and Eric Ford got me in quickly. He sent it back to his service department and verified I needed a new battery. He handled it with care and quick. I will definitely return for all of my maintenance needs!"

"John Herrin my service manager provided excellent customer service and was available to talk and answer all my questions regarding my ford f350. Multiple places were not able to figure out the issue with why it wasn’t starting and cutting off and John and his team were able to get it fixed and it runs great. They also took care of another issue regarding the wheel bearings. Thank you guys so much for getting me back on the road and giving me a reliable truck to work with. I will only come here for service with my truck from now on. Excellent job!"
