"They went above & beyond for me. I had just driven over 100 miles on a donut looking for a place with my tire & availability the same day (also over 300 miles away from home). I came in kind of impatient because of the hectic morning I had & they were patient with me when they had no reason to be. They even helped me process it through my extended warranty which is a pain in the butt, but they were there from start to finish so I could get home & I'm truly so thankful & grateful for their friendliness & for being so helpful."

"Twice in the last couple of months, I have come into the shop first thing in the morning with an emergency- first time I had a flat tire and second time engine was misfiring. Both times I was greeted by the super friendly person up front... don't know his name but he has long back hair and is super friendly. With the flat tire I was out of there in 30 mins. With the engine misfire, they found out what it was and fixed it before lunchtime. I have also come here for non-emergent maintenance work and have had a great experience every time. Great people- they help me out in a pinch. Thank you guys!"

"An honest opinion about my brakes. Could have told me I needed new ones but came back with 4 in the front and 5 in the rear. Said no need at this time. RARE! I'll be back. (PS this location is not listed when you search "Tires + near me" I just happened to be driving by at 7 AM when they opened, in and out within an hour."

"Fun Fact I learned about Tires Plus today: their company policy is that they will not service tires that are older than five years (I was originally told it was 'illegal' to work on tires over five years, shame on you for trying to pressure people), but the best part is that their company policy also allows them to put on tires that are up to five years old....you can see how this would be an issue. I found that out today after I had a tire that, I purchased from Tires Plus in 2021, developed a leak and I wanted patched only to learn it was manufactured in 2018 and therefore "illegal" for them to service. Thanks for shorting me 3 years on that deal. But the best part was that they "couldn't find a leak" (despite the fact that the tire dropped 18 PSI over a 12 hour period that I verified with an analog pressure gauge) and that the only thing I could do was purchase a new tire from them. After a talk with a manager he offered $50 off replacing the back two tires with a similar model, I wanted it it for all 4 sets given that the remaining tires were apparently in-operable, he said no; so I bailed. Congratulations Tire Plus, not only are you receiving this review for your poor and downright shady business practices, but you also lost a 13 year old customer with 2 vehicles that did every oil change and tire purchase with you."
