Papa Johns Pizza

"Idk what’s going on but I DoorDash and on my third trip up here today I noticed not one employee is wearing gloves. I haven’t seen one wash their hands in the 20 minutes I’ve been waiting. Also no hair nets. And looking physically at these employees they have a lottttt of hair. Just unsanitary and honestly made me not want to order or eat from here. And im sure the people who ordered would wanna know too."

"First this place closed 30 minutes early when I tried ordering last time so I took my business and money elsewhere, and now they just pretended to give me the receipt several minutes after making me wait, giving off like my order was ready fast when it really wasn't so I tipped and I greatly regret it cause they literally kept me waiting here for more than 10 minutes following that when they don’t even have any other customers. It takes 7 min to actually heat up a premade pizza, this is ridiculous. I was only even tipping to say thank you cause they made it out like they went of their way to make sure I got it shortly after I got there but if I’m spending my time and gas picking it up and then they keep me waiting for a while on top of that after it’s supposed to be ready they definitely didn’t deserve a tip. I regret tipping, never am here again and can’t wait to move away so I can move closer to a papa John’s that actual closes on time and gives the order when it’s ready."

"The kid working the register did not pay one bit of a attention to what I was saying or what I wanted on my pizza or what type of pizza it was. It was supposed to be the epic garlic stuffed pizza and it wasn't at all not only that he added toppings I didn't want nor did I say. I go to call them back and the manager wants to be rude to my fiance then when I got on the phone with him he wanted to get snappy with me. It's not my fault your employees don't pay attention to your customers instead they rather play around and watch the big TV they have on the wall. None of them have any experience with customers or anything whatsoever. Definitely not what I ordered and it was cold."

"Right on time! Attentive cashier, wonderful pizza! They gave us free cups and plates too I don't know why people rated them low. They should be at least 4."

"2nd order from here and will be the last. First order was made incorrectly but didn't care enough to review it or try to have it corrected. Figured they were training people and would be better next time. This time, the quality of the order is very low, the dough is too dense, the order was correct but found a hair in the Philly pizza (see pictures). Tried giving it a second chance but will not be back. Would recommend anywhere else, or just making your own pizza over going here."
