"On 12/27/23 we purchased a vehicle at a spectacular price. The care sales man was very chill, which is a good thing if you don't want a pushy seller. If we could change anything, we would have maybe wanted a thorough review of the vehicle we was looking at or maybe have been shown some other options on the lot. I will say, we came in very late in the evening so this could have effected our experience. Overall, we a happy with our purchase and would not have changed our decision. But when it comes to knowing our new vehicle, we had to do a little troubleshooting on our own. This is the only reason why we are giving 4 stars instead of 5. In addition, the gentlemen working in the financial office was helpful in securing our extended warranty and took the time to ensure we understood all our options."
"The service man John did a wonderful job handling my vehicle. He got it into the shop and had a diesel mechanic by the name of Mike assess the problem. They ordered out the parts next afternoon. I was back on the road headed back to Wisconsin.The service could’ve been better."
